haven't updated in ages. hope you guys have been great.. I've been in www.deviantART.com ( deviantART ) land for the past I don't know how long, but I check dmusic frequently just to see what's going on.
Hopefully some of the new changes Leflaw and I have talked about will be in effect soon, I look forward to them.

response to this dude posting copyright laws all over the place as an anti-gnute:
I understand copyright law, as well as trademark law, etc.
Completely outside of its scope however is consumer behavior. When you don't adapt to consumer behavior as an industry - bad things happen. When an entire industry has a vested interest in staying put instead of moving forward and adapting to consumers; something is wrong.
Look outside the box - can't blame consumers for wanting things - you sure can blame an industry for screwing things up by not adapting though.

I've been spending quite a bit of time doing my column, Angelo's Daily Wrap Up, lately. I'm enjoying it but I think I need a break already.. they take me around 3 hours a day.. sorry to bitch but if you invest that kind of time you want to see miracles happen fast.
I'm not stoppin' though.. I'm going to do about 8 consecutive updates to see if it's worth continuing.. if I see growth I'll definitely keep going.
I updated the ALF pic in the webcam ... his shirt is awesome.
Heidi bought this ALF for me for Christmas.. she's the best.
Finally DMusic is building some serious momentum.. I can't wait for the music areas to be up, then we'll really be rolling.

you'd think it takes maybe, 5 minutes or so to write christmas cards.. even though I've done it every year and it takes me days on end... I always think of it as a 5 minute task.
.. yeah so I've been writing christmas cards till my fingers started to bleed almost literally.. I mean I love all the people (most of the people) I'm writing christmas cards to to death.. but this is rediculous.

I haven't consumed much of most types of microwavable crap food... but last time I went to the store I realized I was really busy lately and thought I'd give it a try.
It turns out, it's not only horrible for you.. it doesn't even fill you up. I'm not sure why... but literally this morning I had 3 pizza hot pockets and 2 bacon and egg hot pockets and it's as if I consumed the equiv. of 5 grains of salt.
Didn't taste half bad (if you gnuke [heh] for a min. and then toast for another 5-10) ... but honestly I think there's more nutrition in pure chocolate.

So every time I design a site.. and trust me that doesn't mean on a graphical level... more the layout design, how things should function.. that type of thing..... anyway, every time I do it, I always have this notebook full of papers afterwards... sometimes it's 10 pages of stuff, other times it's 100... but I always have these sketches and thoughts and things all layed out for that site on paper...
... and when the site launches *cough*gnutella.com*cough* .. I don't really know what to do with the papers... I was about to throw'em away but then I thought maybe someone might want the damn things.
Anyway, they have no value to me.. the site is up, so I either throw the designs away or send'em to someone. Heck maybe in exchange for something equiv. .... like if you enjoy collecting baseball cards and you have a method for doing it and you've written it all down on paper or something - I'll trade ya! Always interested to see how other people think on paper..
